RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* Undamaged
* Free from marks, stains, odours, or pet hair
* Returned with all original tags attached
* Returned in their original condition

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returning an item.

RETURN INSPECTION
All returns are inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.

If an item is returned in a condition that cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund where permitted by applicable law.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we ask that issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs along with your order details.

Reporting issues promptly helps us resolve matters quickly and efficiently.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable period for your payment provider to complete the refund transaction.

As a small independent brand, every piece is carefully produced with attention to detail.

We kindly ask customers to review the size guide, product details, and product images carefully before placing an order.
